Question of the Week #23

Dear class,
Write about your spring break. I'll be in Anaheim, CA for a teacher's workshop. For three days, I'll be learning new and interesting ways to teach you. Anaheim is the city where Disneyland is located. If I see Mickey or Minnie Mouse, I'll tell them "hi" for you!

What have you been doing for spring break?

How is your break going?

Where have you been?

Have fun and be safe everyone!

Hi Class!
I'm doing great!
Yesterday, I went Easter egg hunting at the Tukwila Community Center with my parents!
After that we went to Purrfect Pals. It's the place where I adopted Pusa, my cat. It was a very long ride. The Purrfect Pals main center is in Arlington, WA. I had a LOT of fun there. I pet the cats and looked at them.
From Purrfect Pals we went to find a bed set for me. The first place we went to was IKEA. We found a great birch bed set for my room. We went to Mor and we saw a lot of good couches. Last, we went to DANIA and the furniture were all great!
After looking for a bed set we ate dinner at Asian Garden Buffet. We came home exhausted!
Today we went to 8'o clock Easter Mass. Then we went to Fred Myer and bought stuff like cat nip for Pusa and a toy for her and fruits etc.
Then we ate at IKEA and bought the the bed set I said about before. After we bought it, my Dad and I assembled the pieces together (it's easier typing it than doing it!). It also included a bed side table with a book shelf.
After making the bed set we put the bed sheets and pillows and blankets.
I also fixed my room. This time it was shorter. It normally takes like two days or half a day.
Finally, I was done and I relaxed with Pusa and then came to what I am doing now, the Blog.
Bye I'll blog again on Tuesday! P.S. How are you guys doing? Bye!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi Everyone!
Good morning! Congratulations Ms. Gessner!
When I woke up I watched some TV. and then read. Next, I chose clothes to give away to my relatives in the Philippines. Then I played with Pusa and made her some toys with the Easter eggs I got on Saturday.
I'm going to the Tukwila pool at 11:30AM with my Dad.
When my Mom comes home I'll let her rest then go to music stores with her.
At 6:00pm we'll leave and go to karate. I'll see Adam and Celia there.
I hope you're all having fun!
See you later!

Hey everyone! How are you doing?! We are staying at my dad's sister's house in West Palm Beach, FL. On Sunday we got here at 1a.m. and it was only 10p.m. in WA, so we weren't that tired. The next day we went to Juno Beach Pier to go fishing with my cousins. Their names are Jessica and Josh. It was so much fun! For bait, I think we used sardines and cigar minnows. In the afternoon, we made an Asian roll called lumpia. It was so fun making them! At night we deep-fried them, they were so good! Today we went swimming in the community pool. Then we went out with my aunt to sushi.
I think my spring break is awesome!!

Hi Everyone!
This morning my Dad and I went walking on at Green River Trail. We saw a rabbit, a squirrel, and four or five Canadian geese. We also raced a duck, it was really fun!
After walking, we went to Safeway and bought meat, milk, mango juice and two doughnuts.
When we came home we saw a white and orange cat by our front yard. When I looked at the cat he or she looked back then ran. I sometimes see that cat in our backyard.
When we were inside the house we drank the mango juice (I mixed it with sprite, I call it Mango Tango) and ate the doughnuts.
Bye see you all later!
P.S. Marie, the lumpia must have been good!

Hi everyone.
On Tuesday my family and my grandparents went to the Grand Canyon in Arizona, that thing is HUGE! Ok so first we went to eat after we ate that was when the journey(trip) began. We walked 2 miles to get to the bus, THEN the bus didn't come,so we had to walk another 2 miles, so we ended up walking 4 miles and I got a bad sideach. But other than that the trip was great.

On Monday befor we went to the Grand Cancyon we went to an Indian store. They have a bunch of jewelry.

How was everyone's Easter? Mine was great. The best part of my Easter was that I got to spend it with my family.

Ms.Gessner I hope you LOVE that you got a girl. I hope to see you all on Monday.

Hi class The Great Wolf Lodge was fun . I saw more than just Madi there. I went on the Howling Tornado. You went straight down and then you would go in a big room and you would slide on the walls.

I also went on the something where you went on a tube and you went left to right.

There were lilly pads. There was a string conected to them, but they would still go forward and backwards and side to side. You would have to walk all the way across 5 lilly pads.

There was also a bucket with 1,000 gallons of water. In a couple of minutes the water will dump.

Hi class,
Are you having a fun spring break? I am! I got back from Great Wolf Lodge last night. I've been so busy, that I haven't had any time to blog.
Great Wolf Lodge was wonderful. I had a great time with Ciera and Zach. There were six water slides. The best one was called the "Howlin' Tornado"! You went upstairs until you were so high that you could see the whole water park. Then, after you waited in line, you climbed into a raft and the lifeguard would push you into a dark tunnel. First, there were a couple of twists and turns, and then it got lighter and you went down a very steep slide that led into to a huge striped tube. You turned from side to side and dropped into a hole that took you to the end of the ride. It was thrilling!
There was also a Magic Wand Quest where you bought a magic wand and got a informational book that gave you clues. Once you finished ten quests, you could go on three amazing adventures. If you managed to complete them all, you became a Master Magi. It was very cool!
Congratulations, Ms.Gessner! Are you excited to be having a baby girl? Was the "pronoun" that the ultrasound nurse used correct?
Well, I hope everybody had a fantastic Easter! See you on Monday!
