Question of the Week #12

Dear class,

On February 15th, Martin Luther King, Jr. would have been 80 years old if he was alive today. In the 1960's, he fought for the rights of all people. His dream (hope) was that segregation would end and that all people would be treated equally. What is your hope for the future? What would you like to see changed for our country or world? This week's question is worth 2 extra credit points for your religion grade.

What I would like to see change in the world is segregation, because if we don't change that about the world kids will be sad. They will be sad because they might have black or wite friends that they can't play with.

I would change the world. and if I saw someone litter I would say pick that up and like Martin Luther King, Jr. said segregation was not fair for the black people who were friends with the white people and like Martin Luther King, Jr. said it was a dum idea for a law and I would say the same words that Martin Luther King Jr. in his dream speach and if segregation happens again I would have a dream speach the same dream speach as Martin Luther King Jr.

My hope for the future is that children would be more interested in school. Students should not drop out of school. They should stay in school and finish college.
I also hope that there would be less poverty. People should be able to find good jobs to support their family. Homeless people should have homes so they won't get sick.
Beggars should have food and clothes.
The change in the world that I want is that all the wars going on will stop. If there is no war, people will be happier and live a normal life. If the war stops, children in the war zones can go back to school and have more time to play!
This is my dream for the world!

My hope for the world is that all children can have an education. If people have knowledge, then they can solve many problems like hunger, sickness and poverty. I wish that all people can have shelter, food and all the other things that are needed to live well. I dream of a peaceful world without homelessness or selfishness. I dream of a world where everybody is kind to each other. I believe that if everybody tries to achieve this, we will have a loving, caring and peaceful world to be proud of.

What I would like to change in our world is recycling. If you recycle you won't have to use so many trees. And I would like the president to defend his country.

My hope for the future is that black people and white people are friend. I hope that everybody is friends with different color skin people like Phanuel amd I are friends together. I see Phanuel for who he is not the color of his skin. And Phanuel sees me as character not as the skin color.

I would like to see my country not litter, and be nice to others. And I want the President to do what is right. I think they should get a puppy.

I think that the Presidents daughters should be responsible for their actions.

I hope that soon Barock Obama will stop war and bring peace to all the world. And I hope that nowhere in the U.S.A. will people or kids be judged by the color of their skin. I know though that Barock Obama is going to change the world into a better place!
