Dear class,Since Valentine's Day is coming up next weekend, this is the perfect time to think about those people in our lives who we love. Please write a paragraph about a person who is special to you. Tell us why you love him/her, what makes that person special to you and how he/she has changed your life. To earn 3 extra credit points toward your English grade, your paragraph should have a topic sentence, a couple detail sentences and a wrap-it-up sentence. Remember to check your work. My Dad is a very special person to me. I love him because he is very nice and caring! He is very funny and his jokes make me laugh. He always brightens my day when I'm tired and lonely! He is also very helpful. He always helps me in karate and soccer. In karate, he sometimes does attack and I do defense. If he wants to improve my work we switch places. When it comes to soccer, he makes me kick the ball real hard! My Dad is also very patient. He prepares my breakfast and drives me to school everyday. On our way to school, we spend time talking to each other. My Dad is my hero and I'm really proud of him!

My Mom and Dad are the most special people to me. They are the most caring and loving parents in the whole universe. My Dad is very dedicated to my soccer team. He is one of the coaches and is always on top of things. My Dad makes a line-up for every single game (even when we are on vacation). I love my Mom for so many reasons: she makes all the meals, does tons of chores that really help our family, and most of all, she still has time to do fun things with Zach and I (today for instance, we are going to play the card game "Mill Bornes" after dinner). Don't you think they are special?

My dad is veary special toe too. He supports and my sister and me in all our games;) He works alot and I just wish I could see him more.My takes us out side alot! We ride our bikes with him and we play soccer with him, we play ALOT with him.My dad is "supper dad."

My brother is very special to me because he plays with me when I am lonley and cares for me when I am sad or hurt, and he makes me laugh.
